What is Home Automation?
There are many Home Automation packages available with Control Central, but the possiblilties go way
beyond the packages... you dream it... we'll build it! Here's some ideas to get you started: Theater Package: 7.1 surround sound, 400disk Sony Player, remote and 10" touch-screen installed
in a standard size room without any construction retrofit. Intergration with exisiting large screen TV is possible,
if manual is available and model is compatible. Package starts at $ TBD Lighting
package 6: Six rooms (up to 25 devices) of lighting control, a remote and a controller. Starting at $
TBD Lighting package 12: 12 rooms (up to 50 devices) of lighting control,
two remotes and a controller. Package starts at $ TBD Security package 8:
Up to eight devises (mix of cameras and infared beams), a 10" touch screen and controller to completely secure
your home. Intergration with existing TV included, if manual is available and TV is compatible. Package starts
at $ TBD Greener Living package 4: Up to 25 devices of lighting
or fan controls, two Thermostats, four blind controls, one remote, one touchscreen and one controller.
This a basic Green package, but a great choice to install when making your home more attractive to a Home Buyer. Package
starts at $ TBD Prolonged Independance (PI Program) package: This
package is available without any other Home Automation system, but the home must have available internet and a phone line.
Includes five detection devises and a controler. This will allow you to check in on your elderly loved one, and the
system will notify you of irregular happenings or non-movements. Not a replacement for a Life Alert system, but will
provide you great peace of mind in many instances. This package can be installed in assisted living arrangements with
Owners consent. Package starts at $ TBD Teenage Management System (TMS) package:
This is a programing only package. This package is only available as an addition to the Whole House Automation system
and Alarm package. It includeds up to 4 hours of offsite programming. This package will provide you with
peace of mind (and some entertainment) as to your Teenagers arrivals and departures are recorded and sometimes announced,
as you desire. The house can actually awaken you if your child doesn't return within a predetermined timeframe.
